A patient came to the clinic complaining of severe pain and feeling something stuck in his throat 🙁
Of course, the severe pain made him unable to eat or swallow, and when we asked him, he said that he ate a “fish meal” and then the symptoms started, of course, he suspected it was a fish bone, and tried all the traditional methods like eating “bread” but to no avail ❌
Here came our turn and we intervened through an endoscope with local anesthesia and extracted the bone from the lower part of the tongue… After that, he returned to his normal life again 😊🤍
